Rain Days

When rain is in the forecast, we handle our scheduled window cleaning jobs as follows:  If the rain forecast is greater than 20%, we will call the customer and ask them if they want to proceed or re-schedule.  If it is raining, we obviously won't proceed until the weather clears.  If it rains just days after your windows are cleaned, we are sorry, we do not provide "rain-checks".  Our office staff does not pretend to know what the weather will do in the future, and as we Bay Area residents can attest, we do not always pretend to know what the weather will do on the very same day.
